WhatsApp is the checkout
Why the yoga site I built has no sign-up form, no cart and no payment page, and why that's the point.
When Latika asked for a website for her online yoga classes, the obvious brief was a booking system: pick a batch, create an account, pay. I built none of that.
Her students already live on WhatsApp. They find her through Instagram reels, and the first thing they want is to ask a question, in Hindi, to a real person. A form would have been a wall between them and her.
One action, everywhere
So every section of the site ends in the same place: a WhatsApp chat with a pre-filled message, asking for the free three-day trial. Hero, pricing, FAQ, the PCOD track: same button, different context in the message.
- No account to create, no password to forget.
- The message is pre-filled in the visitor's language.
- Each click is logged by a tiny API, so we know which section started the conversation.
Measure the boring thing
The tracking is deliberately small: a click event with a section name and a language. It's enough to answer the only question that matters: which part of the page makes people reach out?
The best conversion flow is the one your customer already uses every day.
