(01) Services
AI tools get you to a demo fast. The hard part is everything after: security, code that can be changed, pages Google can find. I do that part, at a fixed price. And if nothing is built yet, I design and build it from the start.
(02) Where to start
P/01Fix it
“My AI-built app is breaking”
It works in the demo, then falls over with real users. I find out why, fix it in order of risk and get it launched.
Audit
$500 – $1,500
Fixed price by app size, report in 3 to 5 days.
P/02Build it
“I need a new product”
A web or mobile product designed and built from the first screen to the app stores, the way I built Unlok and Cab in Jaipur.
Price
From $6,000
A first version, designed and launched.
P/03Grow it
“It's live, now I need help”
A monthly plan for updates, fixes, SEO and the automations that take the busywork off your plate.
Price
From $800 / month
Fixes, updates and SEO. Cancel any month.
(03) What I do
S/01
A written report on what's broken, what's risky and what to fix first.
I read the code, the database rules and the live site, then write up what I found in plain words, ranked by risk, with an estimate for each fix. Fixed price, a few days. The report is yours, whoever does the fixing.
From my work
I've joined existing codebases as the mobile engineer, the backend owner and the project lead.
S/02
Exposed keys, open databases and missing auth checks, closed.
AI tools often put secret keys in the browser, leave database rules open and skip the checks that stop one user reading another's data. I find those and fix them, and tell you exactly what changed.
From my work
I worked on the systems that keep every account's money and shares correct at a US brokerage.
S/03
Code you, or the next developer, can change without breaking it.
I keep what works and untangle what doesn't: split the giant files, add types and tests where they matter, and set up deploys you can repeat. A rewrite is a last resort, and if I think you need one, I'll explain why.
From my work
225+ merged pull requests in six months on a production codebase.
S/04
New web and mobile products, or a template look turned into yours.
I design the screens and build the product behind them: web apps, iOS and Android, from the first flow to the app stores. For an AI-built app, I fix the flows that confuse people and give it a look of its own.
From my work
Built the Unlok trading app for iOS and Android from scratch, design included.
S/05
Pages Google can find, that load fast on cheap phones.
Many AI-built sites render everything in the browser, so search engines see an empty page. I fix the rendering, titles, sitemaps and page speed, and set up analytics so you can see what's working.
From my work
Flyku's club and city pages were built SEO-first, so runners find it from Google.
S/06
Once it's stable: automations for the busywork around your product.
Onboarding emails, support replies, reports, data entry. I build AI workflows that run reliably, with logs and cost tracking, so you know what every model call does and costs.
From my work
16 agents and 9 AI workflows in production at Unlok Insights.
(04) The audit
Supabase row-level security, Firebase rules: who can read and write which rows.
API and service keys that shipped in the front-end code, where anyone can copy them.
So one signed-in user can't read or change another user's data by editing a request.
Stripe and similar events verified on the server, so nobody can fake a paid order.
Framework and package versions with known security holes, and what it takes to update them.
What happens when something fails, whether you'd hear about it, and rate limits on the busy routes.
Whether search engines see your content or an empty page, plus titles, sitemaps and links.
Load time and responsiveness on a mid-range phone and an ordinary connection.
You get a written report with every finding, why it matters and an estimate to fix it. Fixed price, a few days, and the report is yours, whoever does the fixing.
See a sample report(05) How it works
01Free · 30 min
Thirty minutes, free. Send me the link or the idea and tell me what you need. I'll tell you honestly whether HS is the right fit.
02Fixed price · Few days
I go through the code and the live site and write up what's wrong, ranked by risk. Fixed price, a few days.
03Fixed scope
From the audit, a fixed scope and price for the fixes. You can also take the report to someone else.
04A build weekly
Security first, then the code that blocks you, then design and speed. A working build every week to test.
05Launch day
Domains, analytics, monitoring and pages Google can index, so launch day is about your users.
06Monthly
A monthly plan for updates, fixes and small features. When it's stable, automations for the busywork.
Building something new? Same steps, starting at the plan instead of the audit.
(06) Questions
Yes, that's most of what I do. These apps are usually React or Next.js with Supabase or Firebase behind them, and I've shipped production products in React, Next.js and PostgreSQL since 2023. If yours is built on something else, send it anyway and I'll tell you on the call whether I can help.
Only as a last resort, and if I think you need one, the audit will explain why. Most of the time I keep what works, fix the rest and leave code that you, your AI tools or the next developer can keep building on.
I read the code, the database rules and the live site: who can read which data, whether secret keys reach the browser, whether payments are verified, outdated packages, error handling, and whether Google and a mid-range phone can load your pages. Then I write it up in plain words, ranked by risk, with an estimate for each fix. It's a fixed price and takes a few days.
Every piece of work has a fixed price, agreed in writing before I start. As a guide: an audit is $500 – $1,500, depending on the size of the app. Fixes after an audit usually run $1,500 – $6,000. New products start at $6,000, and ongoing care is from $800 / month. The intro call is free, and I give you the exact quote after it.
Yes. The report is yours, whoever does the fixing. It's written so another developer can pick it up and start, without needing me in the room.
To start, just the link to your app and a few lines on what's going wrong. For the audit, I'll ask for read access to your code repository and your backend (Supabase, Firebase or similar), and a test account on the live app. I'm happy to sign an NDA before you share anything, mine or yours.
You do. Once an invoice is paid in full, the code, designs and everything else I made for you on that work are yours, and ownership passes to you on payment. The work lives in your repository and your accounts. Any of my own tools or snippets that end up in it come with a free, permanent licence, and open-source parts keep their own licences. I only show your project in my portfolio with your written permission. The full terms are on the Terms page, at /legal/terms.
Not much. I take calls from 7am to midnight India time (UTC+5:30). That covers the whole UK and European working day, and US mornings up to about 2:30pm Eastern. In 2025 I worked day to day with the founders and CTO of Kupa, a US fintech, from Jaipur. Between calls you get a working build every week.
Yes. HS is one person, end to end. The person on the intro call is the person reading and fixing your code, with no account managers or handoffs in between.
Yes. I built the Unlok app for iPhone and Android from an empty repo, and the Cab in Jaipur website and its CMS for a local client. A new build follows the same steps, starting at the plan instead of the audit.
