Reply within a day
Send me the link, or a few lines about what you want to build. I'll reply within a day with honest next steps, even if I'm not the right fit.
Step 1
You send a link or an idea
A few lines is enough.
Step 2
I reply within a day
With questions or a first take.
Step 3
A free 30-minute call
Then a fixed price, in writing.
(01) AI automation
I build the workflows and agents that take repeat work off your team: support, onboarding, reports, data entry. In code when it needs to be reliable, with logs, retries and costs you can see, and a person approving anything that touches money or customers.
(02) When to call
A step errors halfway and nobody hears about it until a customer asks.
Per-task pricing that was cheap at the start now costs more each month than building it once.
Forty steps and routers inside paths. Nobody else dares to touch the flow.
And you need a record of every run, a person approving risky steps and limits on spend.
(03) What I build
Steps that retry on their own, wait hours or days for a person, and pick up where they stopped.
Payments, refunds and customer messages wait for a person's yes, with the reason shown.
The model's answer is checked for the right shape before anything acts on it; unclear cases go to a person.
What ran, what it saw, what it proposed and who approved it, kept append-only.
Budgets per run and per day, caps on actions, and an off switch that needs no deploy.
Every model call tagged with what it was for, so you can see what each part costs.
Your CRM, inbox, helpdesk and spreadsheets, so the automation fits how your team already works.
The new version runs next to the old one until the results agree.
No-code is still the right answer for simple, low-stakes flows, and I'll say so. Most teams only need one or two automations moved to code.
(04) How it works
S/01Plan
What to automate first, which tools, where a person stays in the loop and what it will cost to run.
$500 – $1,500
Fixed price, a written plan in 3 to 5 days.
S/02Build
The workflow or agent, built and tested against your real data, then run beside the old process.
$1,500 – $6,000
Quoted from the plan, fixed before I start.
S/03Run
Automations watched and tuned, new ones added, and fixes when a connected tool changes.
From $800 / month
Automations watched and tuned, plus fixes and updates. Cancel any month.
(05) Proof
Nine AI workflows at Unlok Insights write market briefs every trading day, with editors in the loop, versioned prompts and cost per feature.
Unlok InsightsI took Temporal from a proof of concept to company-wide at a fintech: onboarding, data ingestion and end-of-day jobs.

(07) Questions
When an automation fails without anyone noticing, takes days rather than seconds, costs more each month than building it once, or touches money and customers. Simple, low-stakes flows can stay where they are.
Both have their place. n8n is a good middle step when your team wants a visual editor and can self-host. I move a flow to code when it needs tests, careful failure handling or long waits for approvals.
Only where a mistake is cheap and easy to undo. Anything that moves money, messages a customer or can't be undone waits for a person's approval, and the evidence decides when a step can run alone.
The plan is $500 – $1,500, fixed, in a few days. Building the automation is quoted from the plan, usually $1,500 – $6,000. Running costs (servers and model calls) are estimated in the plan, with a monthly cap.
TypeScript, with Mastra for agents and Temporal or a queue for workflows, and the AI models that suit the job. I compared LangChain, LangGraph, the OpenAI tooling, n8n and AgentScope before settling on these at Kupa.
